These terms govern your use of the Rodega Studios website at rodega.com. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only — client engagements (design, development, retainers, hosting, and related services) are governed by the individual proposal, quotation, or agreement we conclude with each client, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Rodega Studios ("Rodega", "we", "us") is a software and web design studio based in South Africa. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@rodega.com.

Package prices, retainer rates, timelines, and feature lists shown on this website are indicative starting points, presented in good faith to help you plan. They are not a binding offer. Every project is scoped individually, and the price and scope that apply to your project are those set out in your written proposal or quotation. We may update the packages and pricing on this site at any time.

Currency display (ZAR or USD) is a convenience based on your region or selection; invoicing currency is confirmed in your proposal.

Submitting an enquiry or using the package builder does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either party to proceed. It simply starts a conversation. Personal information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The content of this website — including its design, code, text, graphics, and the Rodega name and logo — belongs to Rodega Studios or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Intellectual property arising from client projects is dealt with in each client's agreement.

You agree not to:

• use the site or its forms to send unlawful, deceptive, or malicious content, including spam;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, or interfere with its operation; or
• scrape or harvest content or data from the site by automated means for commercial purposes.
